You need to let the property know what time you’ll be arriving in advance.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the holiday price is payable at the time of booking. Bookings made less than eight weeks before the arrival date must be accompanied by payment in full, along with the £100 refundable damage deposit (if requested).
The balance must be paid to arrive no later than eight weeks before the commencement of your holiday. If the balance is not received by the due date, your booking will be treated as cancelled and the client will remain liable for the full balance of the rent.
All cancellations must be notified immediately by telephone and confirmed in writing. If you cancel your holiday more than eight weeks before the start date, your deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel less than eight weeks prior to the holiday, the full balance remains due and is non-refundable.
We strongly advise that you take out comprehensive travel insurance. If you choose not to do so, you accept responsibility for any losses incurred due to cancellation.
Your booking will not be cancelled by the owner except in exceptional circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, notification will be given as soon as possible and all payments made for your holiday will be refunded promptly. Our liability for cancellation will be limited to the payments made to us.

The maximum number of children allowed in existing beds depends on the room you pick. Double-check your selected room for the maximum capacity.
